Energy Healing

Join us for a 2-hour Healing Journey - an evening of relaxation and healing.

 

We start out with easy Energy Movements.  Chantelle will lead you in easy movements, stretches, and breathing, designed to open and balance your energy pathways.

​

There may be some guided breathwork.  Breathwork can help to balance and reset your nervous system, lessening anxiety and stress. 

​

Then you will lay on a yoga mat (or sit on a chair) and be led in a guided meditation and energy healing journey. This may include Reiki Healing, Aura Cleansing, Soul Retrieval, Chakra Clearing and Activation, Etheric Cord Cutting, and BodyTalk. Chantelle will tune into the group's energies and use whatever techniques are most needed by the group.

We will work together to shift any emotions that are stuck in your body, to heal and strengthen your energy system, and to release any negative energies.

​

Following the healing session will be a time of integration, including Sound Healing with a bell drum.

Cost is just $35 (an individual energy healing session is normally $110!)

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

You can cancel your attendance and request a full refund up to 2 weeks before class.  After that time, there are no refunds.  Feel free to send someone in your place. You cannot transfer your class fee to another class.

​

Intention Retreats reserves the right to cancel the class up to 2 weeks prior to the class if there are less than 4 people signed up.
