Taking Your Hands Out of the Equation
An Intro to Ashiatsu, using your feet and knees

This course will introduce the concepts of working with your feet instead of your hands. You will not need overhead bars with this work, the majority of the work will be done seated on a stool. We will also explore some Thai stretching techniques. This class will give you some moves you can incorporate into your existing massage, and help you decide if you are interested in taking further ashiatsu courses. (I recommend deepfeet.com)
