FAQs about Zoom Classes

Will this class count towards my CE requirements as I renew my license?

Integrity Education is an Approved Provider (#748) for the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork  (NCBTMB).  All classes are NCBTMB approved for CE credits.  It is your responsibility to know if a specific class will be accepted by YOUR state’s licensing board.  Every state has different requirements.

Here’s a link to basic requirements for each state.  For more specific info, check your licensing board’s website.

https://www.ncbtmb.org/nationwide-ce-requirements-map/

You will be emailed a certificate of attendance after the class.

Do I need to attend the whole class or can I just watch the replay?

You need to attend the class during the live webinar to receive your certificate.

What supplies do I need for the class?

You will need to provide your own massage model to practice on during the class.  Most classes are heavily hands-on.  You may want a different model before and after lunch, so that the same model is not spending the whole day on your massage table, possibly getting over-worked or sore. In an email 2 weeks before class, you will receive exact timing on when you’ll need your model there.

Class supply list will be sent in an email 2 weeks before class.  Generally it will just be things that you already have in your massage studio:  massage table, sheets, oil, towels, pillows, etc.

(Exceptions: Seated Ashiatsu requires a stable 29" stool and Barefoot Thai requires a floor mat.)

Students who sign up for the Heated Bamboo ZOOM class will receive a set of bamboo massage tools in the mail before class, as part of their tuition.

How will I join the Zoom class?

You will receive a link in an email 2 weeks before class.  Make sure you provide your current email address (check your spelling!) when you register for class.

Please add integrity.ed@yahoo.com to your email contact list so that your emails are not sent to the spam/junk folder!

When it is time for class, you can log-in up to 15 minutes before class starts.

What Time Zone are the classes in?

All classes take place in Mountain Time Zone

We will take an hour lunch break during an 8 hour class.

Who is the instructor?

Class is taught by Chantelle Williamson of Integrity Education, providing NCBTMB approved Continuing Education classes since 2014.
