Aquatic Bodywork
Aquatic Bodywork is a blend of Massage and Thai yoga massage in the water. It combines movements, stretching and stillness to increase mobility and flexibility.
Clients are gently floated in a warm therapy pool (95 degrees), supported by floatation devices, while the therapist uses gentle swaying, rocking, stretching and rotation, allowing the client's body to unwind and completely relax. This type of treatment is also very low impact on the therapist.
