Many massage therapists limit side-lying techniques to prenatal clients, missing out on one of the most effective, versatile, and ergonomic positions in bodywork! In this dynamic hands-on class, you’ll learn to embrace side-lying as a powerhouse position for mobilizing the hips, shoulders, neck, and ribcage—without extra strain on your body.

By incorporating fluid Thai massage-inspired movements and stretches into a traditional side-lying massage, you'll expand your skillset and discover how to integrate deep, effective work with effortless flow. Plus, we’ll take the guesswork out of worry-free draping, so you can feel confident and professional with every client.

Massage sheets including face cradle cover
Massage cream/lotion/oil
Light blanket
2 pillows and pillowcases
hand towel
Optional bolster
Massage table

Cancellation/Refund Policy (In-person classes):

Over 14 days prior to class: You can cancel your attendance and request a refund up to 2 weeks before class. You will receive a full refund minus a $35 administration fee.
14 days or less prior to class: You can receive a partial refund of 50% of the class fee. This includes "day of" sickness or other emergencies. No exceptions. You cannot transfer your class fee to another class, but you may transfer to another person and send another massage therapist to the class in your place.

Class No Show: If you do not show up to class, and you do not contact us prior to class, your registration fee is non-refundable.

Integrity Education reserves the right to cancel the class up to 2 weeks prior to the class if less than 6 people have signed up.

Bad weather Policy:

If Integrity Education cancels or reschedules because of bad weather/roads, you will receive a full refund. If we hold the class on the scheduled date but you cannot make it because of weather/roads, you will receive a full refund less minus a $35 administration fee.
